The VBA Complaints & Integrity Hotline

Enables anyone, including building practitioners, plumbers or members of the public to contact the VBA and express any dissatisfaction with VBA employees, products, services, or VBA’s handling of a complaint, or; raise an integrity matter.

The service includes:

  • Dedicated hotline number, website, mail, fax and email address for practitioners and the public to make a complaint or raise an integrity matter about the VBA.
  • Expert forensic investigators taking the calls and analysing disclosures.
  • Timely reporting of complaints to dedicated representatives within the Victorian Building Authority.
